Throughout these years, Rayco has acquired in-depth
knowledge and expertise in bonding elastomers with
various types of substrates such as metal, plastics,
film and fabric. In addition, we have also developed
in-house capabilities in PTFE surface coating onto
elastomer components to suit our customers' assembly
processes.
With supporting manufacturing facilities in Singapore
and China, Rayco is able to provide cost effective
turn-key solutions to our customers.
Rayco exclusively uses synthetic materials for the
manufacturing of elastomeric components. Our suppliers
of these materials include globally renowned companies
such as 3M,Dupont Dow, Dow Corning, Bayer, Exxon, GE,
Kraton and Zeon. Throughout these years, Our designers
